Twisted Sense of Housework

Some people (of a far more sensible head-on-straight breed) mop their floors regularly or before company comes. I, on the other hand, tend to think: Company is coming. Why should I mop the floors when they are just going to get messsy? Silly, but it sure decreases the frequency of mopping! The exception is when my Vietnamese mother-in-law is coming. I just have to mop then!

I do vacuum and sweep all the time, but mopping is such an ordeal!

Me and you both! Something about the word "in-law" sends more junk flying into closets and under couches! :) Spills: It's what God made dogs for!

Are you leading in moms again this year?

My VMIL is super sweet, but they keep their white tile floors SO CLEAN and I do not understand how! Since they remove shoes when they come I cannot bear to have them walk on dirty floors. I am leading a group, again!
